In 2022, the Government of Spain has launched an aid aimed at those who meet the following requirements: not exceeding 27,000 gross euros of income and 75,000 euros of assets as of December 31, 2022, adding the income and assets of people who live in the same household.
Additionally, it is necessary to have habitual residence in Spain, under the terms provided in Article 9 of Law 35/2006, of November 28, on Personal Income Tax, that is, to spend more than 183 days or to have the main center of business activity in Spanish territory.
